Dr. Meghna is **** **** ********* * most recomended to others.. she gives the diet wat we can do it n take a very good follow up.. u wll reduce your weight with a healthy way n glow on ur face .. if u do it proper n follow wt she have told dn u can definately reduce your weight n feel good n happy like me😀

Started my weight loss plan on 6th Nov'23 when I was weighing 96.2 kgs, today on 1st March'24 am at 74.5 kgs, feeling great, light, energetic....I had type2 diabetes and now sugar levels are normal ....the diet plan given by Dr.Meghana was very simple and easy to follow, it ensured I was not missing any of my regular food I used to feast on, she listens patiently, provides alternatives and has helped me transition from an unhealthy lifestyle to a focused and healthy one, I like the new me and want to maintain myself like this forever and currently I am under her weight maintenance plan. My first visit to Dr Meghna's clinic was in May 2022 for reducing 10 lbs which I had gained due to pregnancy. As of date, it's been two n half months and despite I did not follow the meals chart for one month, Dr managed to reduce 7 kgs of mine. This was possible only because of Dr. Meghna's constant advise, personal and dedicated monitoring of my wieght loss schedule. In addition, there is a very kind and sweet lady named Shweta who would assist when required, send regular reminders to meet Dr. and make your visit pleasant. I would suggest each and every individual who for some reason has gained wieght and unable to shred it.

I was 103 before but koi ing meghna weightloss program I was 75 kg now I amback to reduce my weight .she isvery fridendly with me and caring also and she suggest excellent dight plan also .she should be on Instagram also suggesting food prepration recipes also so I can follow new foodof diet with excellent taste and on Facebook also .

Meghna is very experienced in her profession and provides sufficient time to understand your concerns. She then provides a great diet plan which is very flexible which needs to be followed diligently for one to see the results. Would recommend her as a great reference for weight loss program.
